From GOLDR we want to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their orders, so we offer a period of 15 calendar days for exchanges or returns, from the receipt of the product for purchases made through the web and from the time the purchase of the product is made in physical shop. With the exception of costume jewellery, underwear and swimwear, where no exchange or return is allowed due to hygiene issues and to ensure that the product has not been used.
The address to which they should be returned is our physical shop, C/ PLAZA DE GALICIA, Nº3, CARNOTA, A CORUÑA, 15293.
To make a claim for a product that has arrived defective, it must be made immediately upon delivery, through our email store@goldr.es indicating the error or defect along with your personal data, within a maximum period of 24 hours. If the claim is accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with its corresponding labels.
The shipping costs for the exchange or return shall be borne by the customer. In order to prevent the product from deteriorating during transport, we recommend packing the product correctly.
Exchanges or returns can be made through our transport company Envialia (if this is the case, you must notify us so that we can collect the product), by courier or registered post. If the product is sent in any other way, GOLDR will in no case be responsible for any possible damage suffered by the product during transport or loss of the product.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with its original packaging and its corresponding labels, we will be very strict with the condition of the garments. If we receive a product in poor condition or that has been used, it will not be possible to return it.
For any exchange or return you must cover the return form that is sent with the order and put it inside the package to be returned.
The refund will be made in the same way in which the payment has been made, between 1-15 working days after verifying the condition of the products and after having passed the quality control. The amount of the products will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
We want to offer a quality service, in case of detecting any act of bad faith, misuse of purchases or returns (returns more common than normal, use of products and subsequent return, modification of products intentionally ...) we will be forced to cancel your customer account.
TO MAKE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FROM YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT:
Access the "Order history" section of your account.
- Select the order for which you want to exchange or return an item by clicking on "Details".
- Select the product(s) you wish to exchange or return by ticking the checkbox next to its name(s).
- Add the quantity you need to exchange or return (in case more than one product needs to be returned or exchanged for another one).
- (optional) Add an explanation, so that the shop team can better understand why the customer wishes to exchange or return this product.
- Click on "Request an exchange or return".
MAKE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS AS A GUEST:
If you do not have a customer account and the purchase is made as a guest please contact us through the following email store@goldr.es, you must indicate the order number and if you want to exchange it for another product or proceed to refund the money.
We will then contact you to explain how to make the exchange or refund. If you think you haven't received our email, please check your Spam folder. Please note that the response is not immediate and may take 1 to 2 days.
MAKING EXCHANGES OR RETURNS IN PHYSICAL SHOP:
It is possible to make changes or returns of your online purchase in physical shop as long as it is within 15 calendar days from receipt of the product.
You must show us the purchase confirmation or the invoice.
The refund will be made in the same way in which the payment is made within 1-15 working days.
*To make any exchange or return of the above mentioned is necessary to cover the return form that is sent with the order and put it inside the package to be returned or deliver it in physical shop in your case.
